Negative canthal tilt and lower scleral show

I have negative canthal tilt. I know that canthoplasty could fix that.
But also I have lower scleral show. What is the surgery that can fix that?

there is barely scleral show

I would want to also widen my mouth(lateral

commissuroplasty) besides upper lip lift. The only surgeon I've heard who does these procedures is Barry Eppley.​
