I've found that the principles and ideas of neuroplasticity grant great rewards. The idea of neuroplasticity is that over-time, the brain can rewire itself and adapt to experiences and paradigms. Through such mechanisms, with enough repetition you can alter how you view/think about things and what you believe in, as well as your behavior and more. This can easily be explained through many examples, and causes a cause and effect chain. You adapt, recognize, and re-organize things ⟶ you thus become more susceptible to them, and other experiences in the future. With enough practice you can use neuroplasticity to achieve an un-countable amount of good things.
