Here’s the problem:
Drink coffee without sugar of any fat on an empty stomach=Significant spike in cortisol and reduction in blood glucose levels.
Drink coffee with sugar,milk on a full stomach (after or with breakfast ideally)=Synced with raised cortisol of the circadian rhythm in the morning,increased conversion and release of thyroid hormones and actually in theory preventing higher cortisol chronically.
Caffeine is ethically a plant defense mechanism,but once you alter the consumption method of it just like the stimulants of the coca leaf it will provide good benefits.
