Looking at photos of me when skinny only hope is that I wasn't  that skinny. Meaning i wasnt at 15% bf and didnt reach my potential. Was maybe like 20% idk.

People quoted me around 20% but the photo was after eating all day so bloated stomach.

My case wasn't bad enough. It would've been free tho so ig that's why. They only do severe cases. The doctor said it would've made no difference for me
