i don't really know where to start, it looks like butt when i do it because i've never done it before. went to a dollar store and just bought cheap makeup sets to practice with. i'm too afraid to go out in public with it tho so i never do it and if i never do it i can't get better at it. is there some site i could post makeup pics and get feedback on them? i don't know what to do.

the quality of the makeup actually really matters, it doesn’t have to be expensive but high in quality. anyway I’m pretty good if u want message me and i’ll give you some advices or explain how i do mine. but what is really important is that with makeup you enhance your traits, don’t cover or try to change them bc it doesn’t really work

erborian : cc cream or bb cream depending on your skin ( its skincare at the same time )
charlotte tilbury : blush and highlighter
fenty : coutour stick ( take a cold colour to create a shadow effect really helps with face structure )
mascara : any drugstore one really works
huda beauty : pink setting powder if you're lighr , yellow if you're darker

personally I use a bb cream (or tinted sunscreen) as a base, or a skin tint that has spf as well. i really love this one:

PRETTYSKIN - No.1 Collagen BB Cream SPF50+​

it’s soooo good and cheap but it’s very very light and there are no other shades. i also like the skin booster by deborah but idk if it’s available everywhere. most bb creams give a beautiful effect bc they are not heavy like foundation. for bronzer I use the stick or the cream on by make up by mario, if u want something cheaper i would also suggest using the elf halo glow in a darker shade as a liquid bronzer. for concealer i use the liquid one by KIKO, or sometimes the “stay all day” by essence (essence is not really high in quality but it does it’s work), i would recommend u to use a liquid one but check the ingredients so it doesn’t separate with the base. blush the liquid one by rare beauty is my fave, or the stick by rhode, these cost bit more but they last very long so it’s like an investment. for powder use the huda beauty loose one, it’s the best i swear (i use the cherry blossom shade) but if u have dry skin use just a tiny bit so it doesn’t crease. as a highlighter I personally use the cookie by benefit, it costs around 40 euros, and lasts really long and have beautiful finish. but to be honest any highlighter works really well, even the cheap ones at drugstore, just make sure they aren’t really glittery but more “glowy”. for mascara any works really well, but the best one i’ve ever tried is the skyhigh by maybelline (it isn’t even expensive). use a black/brown pencil in ur inner eye to enhance ur eyes (very slightly), any works well, just make sure that they don’t smudge much. if u want a really natural look but want to make ur canthus longer use a nude lip liner to do it. this is all I suggest for a FULLL face, but ofc natural and minimal makeup is always the best. just invest in a good concealer, blush or bronzer and a mascara.

makeup doesn’t change features, so it will look good only if the girl is pretty… it just enhances ur traits, but doesn’t change anything
