Yo i’m 12 147 lbs n 5 foot. I feel fat as fuck and i need motivation to work out more. Im not looking to get a 12 pack but i js wanna lose weight in my face and get a more defined face. I also want to stop beating myself bc it feels wrong and I just wna become more natural and stop addictions. I wanna lose at least 30-35 lbs by next year, can anyone give some recommendations and motivation for me to succeed in this.
