eat meat, dairy, fruits
cut down on sodium and increase potassium
weight lift 3x a week and cardio everyday

dont do calorie deficits because you are still young
come back when you are leaner

no he needs to cut
being fat as a child stunts your growth
obviously dont lean down to 10% but yknow what i mean

It is crucial that you lose weight and lower your body fat percentage. Getting leaner will increase your testosterone and allow for you to maximize the potential of your formative years, seeing as you still look quite young. Lift weights, nose breathe, cut out all garbage foods, keep active, and live a healthy lifestyle. I started at a similar position to you. You've got this man.

he will naturally get leaner as he cuts out processed foods and exercises often
he could do mini cuts

How can he get leaner without a calorie deficit? Cmon Sigma, that's basic science, and cutting out the processed and sugary foods will probably get him into that calorie deficit

Yeah by getting you into a calorie deficit. At the end of the day, calorie deficit is what truly matters. It's okay to admit you were wrong, nobody is perfect

?

You told the guy not to go into a calorie deficit but also told him to come back when he's leaner which is a scientific impossibility. Just admit you weren't thinking when you said that

calorie deficit is an option but i was against recommending it
body recomposition:
there is a slight calorie deficit cuz of removal of processed foods and also exercise burns it
but he will still be eating lots of protein and excerciseing, so he is replacing the fat with muscle

My point proven. Calorie deficit

My point proven. Calorie deficit
its very minimal due to exercise
but he will still be eating a lot of food (healthy) for protein and nutrients to gain muscle and also grow

My point proven. Calorie deficit
"A caloric deficit is any shortage in the number of calories consumed relative to the number of calories needed for maintenance of current body weight."
I am not telling the guy to eat less. I am telling him to eat healthy foods and eat enough for nutrition and growth and muscle gain.

You told him not to get in a calorie deficit, which by definition means he couldn't get leaner. Cmon

why cant he get leaner?
the cardio burns the fat
the calories build the muscle
he gets lean

Sigma, I've been researching this kinda of stuff for a while. You could do 10 hours of cardio every single day, but if you are eating more calories than you burn you'll stay a fat fuck.

Cardio technically does not burn fat, it burns calories, which let's say you are eating 2000 calories a day and that's your basal metabolic rate for how much your body burns at rest (meaning just sitting and breathing), then the extra calories that you burn from cardio will get you into the calorie deficit which over time makes you lose weight and burn fat. There is 3500 calories 1 pound of fat. So that's how much of a deficit you would have to be in in a week to lose 1 pound of fat.

Again cardio burns calories which helps you get into a calorie deficit and thus lose weight, it does not in and of itself burn fat

yes

what i mean is he should not go into a calorie deficit by the way he eats. i was going by the definition of consumption of calories daily, but i see there are some definitions that say that it is overall calories.
people gain weight from calorie surplus and unhealthy lifestyle (specific foods, hormones, activity level)
he should remain at around maintenance level, not deficit
going from surplus to around maintenance is a reduction in calories, true. but not from surplus to deficit. this is because i believe he needs better nutrition.
then, exercise. you are right, it is difficult to burn calories from cardio. but he will also be doing lifting. that lifting will go to make his muscles. cardio does not take calories from muscle, so it will take it from fat. cardio will only burn muscle if you do not eat enough.
so if he builds muscle, and does cardio, then it will grind through his calories. not only that, but also in general people burn 1.3k+ calories a day doing nothing (body functions).
so i think he should not eat at a deficit. but he should instead be eating healthy, and stop surplusing, and exercising often

Alright, we'll agree to disagree. He needs to lose 50 pounds ASAP imo. But as least you now know the only thing that dictates weight gain or loss is a calorie surplus or deficit

Good thing it looks like you havent really started puberty yet. HGH 8-10 Iu or a peptide stakc that mimicks it, ASIN, Anavar, Lose fat, furosemide, start banded sleeping and include torsional training in your routine, wear contacts, get longer hair, and yea, Make sure to be safe when you go through this as it can really fuck you up if you're not properly running any of it.
