Hard to say for the styling part without showing what you look like but for thin hair, get a texturizing shampoo and conditionner, and use a texturizing powder/hairspray

Tretinoin, sunscreen or laser therapy if you have the budget

Anemia and smoking can shrink blood vessels. If you smoke/vape, stop. And get a blood test to see if you microdeficiencies
- i also can’t figure out y acne and i’ve tried everything

for growth:
massage rosemary oil into ur scalp a few hrs before washing ur hair
minoxidil
avoid heat dye and bleach
dont brush ur hair while its wet
avoid tight hairstyles
sleep in either a high loose messy bun or a loose braid

for styling:
use a hair mousse on damp hair mostly at the roots and then blow dry upside down + ask ur hair stylist for lots of layers. blow outs w rollers, heatless curls at night, or sleeping in a messy bun can add volume asw

this is wat my hair looks like straight vs when styled w those steps

yeah, it worked for a little bit but i didn’t like the other side effects so i stopped taking it
I agree w everyone saying tretinoin but if u can’t get that rn start with panoxyl the 4% one it should kill the bacteria thats actively causing it and let ur skin heal

It’s a little harsh but it’s worth it just moisturize a lot cause it really strips ur skin
