Hey everyone, I’ve known about looksmaxxing for a long time but I’ve only taken it seriously recently. I’ve been slowly softmaxxing more and more for a couple months and decided I would join org. This may not be the right thread but I figure I may as well include my routine Right now my softmaxxes consist of skincare, debloating + getting toned, eating healthy + lots of water+ supplements, mewing, chewing, gua sha + facial exercises, 3cm shoe lifts when I’m going out, hair products, light bone smashing. Are there any more I should add to my routine, or any I should not be doing? Thanks for reading I hope you all are doing well. :)

greetings traveler. don't bonesmash at all, don't overchew (tmj pain), and facial exercises are mostly cope btw.

There are two kinds of people.

Ok thank you, I’ve heard that about bonesmashing but I didn’t know facial exercises were cope. Not saying I don’t believe it, but could you explain why?
facial structure is mostly bone, massaging ur cheekbones or opening ur jaw repeatedly or holding ur eyelids for 5 minutes won't do jack shi to ur bone structure underneath. the only reason people see jawline results from, say chewing for example (99% of the time at least) is bc of masseter hypertrophy. but facial muscles are small and thin. u can tone them slightly, but it's like digging a hole with a spoon. maybe u can make your cheeks firmer by like 2%, but roi is low ASF, there's barely any change (if any) for months of 'work'. it's cope to feel like ur doing smt when ur not.

I see, thank you. I’ll focus on the other stuff
