How to get rid of acnee

Been trying to improve my looks lately, but my main issue right now is this acne… I've tried the standard skincare routines and tweaking my diet, but nothing's really doing the trick. Any real advice on how to clear this up so I can start softmaxxing properly?

bha, moisturizer and spf in the morning and cleanser and retinol in the evening. i went to a fking dermatologist but didnt help me at all. now i need smth stronger

if you want a topical that will clear up acne go for anything with benzoyl peroxide in it, you have to stay consistent though or it will come back, me personally i took acutane the only side affect i had was dry ass lips always keep lip balm on you.
