"Niche pharma" isn't good. Most times it's under-researched slop with a few mechanisms that could help you, and some that'll wreck your endocrine system or just give you a golf-ball sized tumor

Tbh as a good rule-of-thumb you should avoid anything that's working off theoretical results

I would consider the term l“niche pharmacology” as a pretty broad term.

Usually when I use the term, I am talking about something like DHT derivatives, cnp analogs, fgfr3 inhibitors etc.

I’m already hopping on erda, after vast research.
