Hi I’ve been struggling with no fap for around 3 years now and at first the problem was I’d go on TikTok, Instagram or Reddit and see a hot girl which provoked me and would get me to fail. I deleted all of those apps and I’m trying but nothing seems to be working and I keep failing again and again.
