No idea what should I do now

That's aura bro, actually tuff, go back to school the women would drop their pants hearing that

Honestly? I don't give a fuck about what women think, that's not tuff I am actually lost because I can barely lift 30 kg off the floor now
It is tuff because you disappeared for 3 months after surviving a car crash it's so fucking tuff then they are going to watch you recover in real-time that is incredibly tuff

I would just focus on recovery before stressing about your gains. It sucks to lose them but it'd be easy for you to get them back just due to our understanding of how our bodies work with rebuilding muscle vs building it up for the first time.

I would just talk to your teachers/school, explain what happened (I'm sure you have already but in case you hadn't) and ask what you can do to get your grades where they need to be, or if they're willing to let some stuff slide or even give you catch up material to know what you need to quickly learn.
