its a bit more complicated than that since in my school peoples schedules are so different they may have a day off or have a free they go home in, so unless I knew peoples schedules then I cant just pick people

This is purely a mindset issue at this point. Take some advice from the Stoics. Also, I assume you are year 11 - 12 so you do not even have a lot of time before you graduate, and after people graduate people genuinely do not care anymore, so take more risks while young.
