And that is the unfortunate reality of our society. For the most part, your friends, family, relatives, etc will not want to see you become better than them. You’ve likely heard former overweight people say that when they first started their journey, everyone was supportive of them. However, once they began to actually see good results, all of a sudden everyone around them flipped a switch and tried telling them things. This applies for essentially everything in life. When you’re making progress and becoming the best version of yourself, people will put you down. It’s important that you don’t listen to then

I too am ashamed to admit I’m guilty of this. I have an HTN friend and whenever I’m with him and see him get this chad treatment and hear about his slay stories, I do get jealous. He had an insane ascension, he was genuinely subhuman a couple of years ago and now he’s a real HTN. That being said, I never bring him down or tell him anything negative. I always hype him up and do my best to be supportive.

Be there for the people you love. Don’t be afraid to compliment others. Just remember: we’re all going through our own struggles

I haven't seen this happen. Maybe people do flip an internal switch and get jealous but I doubt they will let it clearly show.

How does one ascend from subhuman to HTN? They must have had a good base all along. Can't get that far if your base is shit.

Often times they hide it, but I promise you that’s how they feel deep down inside. You must be fortunate to be around people who decide to bottle it up

He’s been blackpilled for years and is a hardcore looksmaxxer. What made his base so bad was that he was really high body fat while also having a ridiculously high FWHR, so he had this balloon subhuman look. He’s not even lean now, he’s still like 20% body fat, but somehow his face is chiseled and he has hollow cheeks and what not

Shiiiiit I have a high FWHR too. Did he hardmax to reduce it?

there's something deeply fulfilling about making others happy out of genuine intent, especially those you love. that little bit of love and appreciation goes such a long way

No, just natural fat loss. Didn’t take him that long iirc

Then, you are not truly close with them. Although less common, you can find truly good friends.
Unfortunately, it’s incredibly difficult to find good friends and it often takes a long time to figure their true colors out

I agree, 100%

Just watch out for fake friends theory. Although, it's ok to be jealous, but not ok if they hate you and turn on you because they are jealous.
It’s a lot more common that you’ll run into fake friends than good friends
