My hair is just like you described. I do no poo for months at a time, only use water to rinse once or twice a day. Only use shampoo and conditioner after I swim cus of the chlorine. If you’re on summer break or have a long period of time where you don’t go out, try no poo for a month or two and see how it goes, as everyone’s hair is different

No shampoo won't make you hair curly if they are straight but it will make your hair healthier

it will "work" for most hair types

Just use a shampoo without sulphate
honestly i just use natural sandalwood soap

js shampoo if your scalp is oily and smells like shit dont expect you to be able to go 1-2 weeks without smelling like shit if your diet is bad
