So hard to make friends the older you get

This is crazy because i like being alone and focusing on my hobbies.

I litterally refuse girls/guys invitations on a weekly basis

But my work is literally being extremely social, you can become "friends" with 18yo up to 60yo in the workplace

You have the luxury of choosing anyways so from the get go we aren't in the same position at all.

I also have no work nor school so I literally talk to no one at all. No one but my mom and brother for like a month now.

And at some point i was really an introvert, unable to talk to people let alone entertaining women. Now that i have the rizz and the social skills, i want some peace, alone.

My point is, you need to force yourself to get out of your comfort zone & forcing yourself to do social things : Going to drama/theater classes, going to Muay Thai boxing classes, going to local dances classes when you actually dance with women, finding a job as a waiter, as a barman, as a salesman etc...

You don't build a social life by staying inside your house

Yeah, I know.

It's called exposure therapy and I'm doing it already. Thanks.
