if you're scared of pinning, MK-0677 is a good alternative but if you want to increase HGH without the help of GHSs focus on sleep of about 7-9 hours, fasting for 16hours and a 8hour window period for eating and don't eat before sleeping obviously training (focus on short burst like sprinting and a 20:10 for exercise bike) and obviously a good diet
