Non surgical rhinos (liquid rhinoplasty)

i posted a thread about this a few days ago in the female looksmaxxing forum but the only girl who responded just showed her nose and told me some cope so i'm posting here to get a better answer.

i've been seeing liquid rhinos for a while and i've been considering it. im still young so i would have to diy it which would fucking suck and i would most likely make it worse. should i wait until i am able to get it and just keep up with the filler or save up and get a rhino?
