Non surgical ways to shrink nose

I thought about taking accutane to shrink my nose just not sure on the effectiveness any other suggestions?

Hydrocortisone apparently does, I don't mess with topical steriods though.

100MG accutane + high-dose tretinoins + hydrocortisone + being lean BF %

ive heard accutane can affect appearance.. But honestly rhino is just so much more effective... Especially in South Korea

I wouldn't do it anywhere but south korea.. Due to cost and results
