There are not that important. The biggest downfall for media is the DEI rot. The female actors? Singers? Artists? Like who? All the ones in hollywood who make perverse music to young girls? Most people think these things, this has nothing to do with media and everything to do with ethics and long term planning. There are plenty of people who are "normal" who think about what is right or what will happen or if they should move on from something. They are CEOs and prime ministers and autists like you are alone in your room.
People play games because the act of playing is fun, not every game needs to have a deep meaning or intricate and overly complex story line, sometimes people just want to do something "simple" (neither Fortnite or Overwatch is simple BTW, the mechanics are complex and I know for a fact you could never summarize them).
There is plenty of other music besides rap and pop, and normal people listen to it. There are plenty of normal people who listen to classical music or other genres.

Then LAN, split screen would be popular. If you have a job, are busy and have people you care about. I can promise you very much that you will not have any care for a game. Same I do not beyond artistic integrity. All the online games are geared with KDA match making made to gamble your time. You either win or lose, in the end, You will always be upset and going back for another game. Come back to me when you have grown older, games serve no purpose. I have played Overwatch since 2016 and I tried fornite around 2017. I have played overwatch quite a bit over the last 10 years but I grew out of it. Considering all the skill was tossed out. Let me list it, season 9 changed the health pool for all characters to suffice in 5v5, 5v5 ruined all the roles-mostly tank, healers became more broken, the new characters take no skill-have insane mobility without punishment-broken gimicks like suzu-can also dps heavily, Comp was fully ruined and so was esports, the new devs are like 343i devs-they wish to destroy everything the old devs made so they can bring their own worse vision in-the way of the green haired sodomite and women infested studio. Also not the mention the broken hitboxes and how the only thing bringing money for blizzard overwatch wise is the gold stuck healers who complain about Genji, sombra and when in reality all of you suck too bad to compete. Maybe I would have played overwatch again if I were in esports but I do not want to waste hours of my life for nothing.
