Why does Nihilus have slightly mongoloid/turkic features? could someone explain where this came about in his ancestry? the horde never touched Tunisia? Did the Ottomans maybe?

Yes an ottoman dynasty did rule Tunisia , but there was very little settlers as Tunisia maintained its own independence
Judging from my family tree , I doubt that I have any ottoman admixture ( and even if , ottomans lost most of their Turkic features by 1500 )
My grandma told me stories that my great great grandfather was a merchant from "Bukhara" who settled in Tunisia so maybe he was from a Turkic tribe .
