ACCUTANE
Although as you can see on any social media platform (Accutane nose) Accutane does not change nose cartilage.
It shrinks the oil glands and reduces inflammation like HC
If you have thick, oily skin, big pores, I recommend Accutane.
If you have acne at the start of Accutane you may experience a purge. Accutane also may make your skin dry.

HYDROCORTISONE
Hydrocortisone (HC) commonly used to treat inflammation rashes, redness, swelling, etc.
Side effects are thinning the skin, which is why it is useful for nose reduction
Other side effects may be: Skin atrophy, Sudden rosacea (I recommend you hoping off if you experience these.
Usage: Apply 1% cream onto your nose pea sized, spreading evenly around the cartilage. Its important to get the bottom of your nose too. Do not apply on nose bridge and nose tip. As applying on there can thin the nose bridge making your nose worse. Water will come up, immediate or soon. Keep wiping it off as this is a good thing. The results of HC should last for an entire day.
Results wont come right away. Get your body used to it. I recommend applying the cream daily for 3 weeks straight. If you get any side effects i listed above, hop off it. If you receive results after 3 weeks/daily usage use the cream when you need your nose to shrink. ( going out, dates, photoshoots.)


MAKEUP
Makeup is probably one of the most common ways to fraud. As it is easily accessible.
I recommend contour, undetectable if applied right. First get a shade that will blend into your skin tone. (if your warm tone, buy warm tone products, if cool buy cool tone,) I recommend contour pallets. These are compressed almost eyeshadow looking products. Since these are dry you can apply it on your skin without moisturizing/foundation.
Usage: take a brush, angle shaped fluffy brush. This makes application easier due to the angle. Tap the product onto the brush. Then hit the brush on your hand (removes excess product) I will link videos on how to contour your nose for both female and males.

Hair fraud
I don't really recommended this one as it is literally the worse method.
If you have long hair that can cover your nose I guess you can use it.
If you have a nose bump you can get glasses to cover the bump. Using the hair method hides the bump even further.
