I asked all lot of people what facial feature would help to progress on my looks and 90% of the time they answered my nose and i think its the case too.
Like beside my nose and maybe a bit longer lashes, the rest is really fine ( of course brighter eyes would be better but i cant really change it )

Hydrocortisone is for swelling and in flamation and if you have those, yes it can make it look shinked because it reduces swelling, but it is temporary, your nose isn't big so no need to worry!
