how do I fix my n:m ratio? i’ve previously attempted to expand my mouth by cutting, but it doesn’t last long. i’d appreciate a different method or help with the cutting

my mouth is mostly the problem, however my nose does make the issue more visible

For mouth you cant do much, i used to do mouth excercises bc i would unconsciously clench my lips that MIGHT work for you and try hydrocortisone for the nose thats all i can suggest dont try to cut your mouth that will not work just wait and save up for surgery
