Hi everyone, I'm a girl and this is my nose when I smile and when I'm not smiling. I think the tip and nostrils are too big. I used Accutane a year ago. Is there any way, other than rhinoplasty or Botox, to change the shape? The tip also droops when I smile, even though my nose is straight from the side.

The downward movement of the nose tip when smiling is a completely anatomical phenomenon.
The interplay of light and shadow using light and dark powders is to be the most effective for making the nose appear visually thinner

Read my thread on alarplastys, hydrocortisone isn’t gonna do shit unless you actually have underlying inflammation, countour is fine and most men won’t care at all I can assure you as your nose on you isn’t something that throws off your harmony HOWEVER if it’s something you don’t like of which you still have to see whenever the makeup comes off then i’d recommend alar
