Yeah bones still change at this age, some women call this 'second puberty' I forgot the real name for it but it either happens because you're pregnant or genetics from what I know. Like personally I'm still growing at 19 I grew 2cm last year. Shit happens, go to the doctor to get your hormones checked

I don't think this is the "2nd puberty" because a 2nd puberty is called perimenopause and it happens few years before the final menopause.

In her case she thought the 1st puberty was finished, guess it's not.
Hence why i always said puberty can end-up at 22 nowadays, because in a evolutionary way women aren't forced to have kids at young age now
