When i pull all nighter , I just feel high the rest of the day , And my cortisol levels are alway low.
How tf this is impossible, Im writing some assessments right and don't rage or stress

Is that me becoming immortal or my brain is eating itself ?

Well usually when you don’t sleep,your adrenal response and your amygdala are constantly unregulated. So…I don’t think you’re low stress? I think the reason why you “don’t give a fuck” is because when you don’t sleep your prefrontal cortex activity decreases.

I mean heart beats rate is so low also my blood preasure, while becoming stressed making these two so high

I think the reason why you “don’t give a fuck” is because when you don’t sleep your prefrontal cortex activity decreases.

Not sure about that since lacking of knowledge yet I will researcher about it.

Dont pull all nighters its incredibly damaging and dangerous. Sleep isnt just about “gaining energy”. During sleep your brain does cleanups and gets rid of natural proteins like amyloid beta, tau protein, toxic natural byproducts. It is impossible to sleep more than 3 hours now.

You shouldnt nap past 12pm, and napping wont help much in this case since most “cleanup” is done during deep sleep. The damage is done tbh, and best you can do is try to get back on track with your sleep schedule. Just stay away during the day and sleep at a reasonable time tonight.

If you dont usually pull all nighters you most likely can reverse the damage of protein build up in 2-3 nights of good sleep.

Yeah basically. Amyloid beta and tau proteins are natural byproducts of proteins your body actually needs. Theyre only a problem if your brain cant clean them fast enough that they build up.

Thats why 50% of people with down syndrome develop dementia by the age of 60. Their double chromosome (21) is the same one containing the gene with instructions for the production of Amyloid beta, which means they get double the proteins, and the cleanups cant keep up.
