I actually haven’t been drinking as much milk lately. Need to get back into that.

I did drink a whole gallon of milk during the previous summers after football while doing my ccp English classes

ugh I know the feeling when caffeine stops working

I went up to 600mg caffeine before I realized that it wasn't financially feasible to keep doing that, now I just hover between 200-400

half my house is dairy free due to more severe intolerance so we don't ever have regular milk in the hosue anyways
