it’s not affecting my weight yet but im a little bloated today i think. when will this end.
yesterday i got no sleep bc i was so hungry or maybe 2 days ago idk
then i got out of bed at 4 am and ate toast and drank a smoothie then i walked around my neighborhood a bit but i was kinda scared so i went back home then i ate an omelette and it was really good
then i went to school and i was so hungry and i didn’t have rehersal so i was wearing lipgloss and i kept licking my lips cuz it was vanilla falvored
then i ate a protein bar in vapey browns class and i smeelled her tutti frutti vape while she was teaching
then for lunch i had a turkey and cheese sandwich and gogosqueeze and then i chewed gum to try and not be so hungry
then i got home from school and ate fruit
then for dinner my mom made pasta and i could feel the spaghetti slithering through my mouth
then i had buldak bc i was still hungry
then i went to bed still feeling hungry
why is my body purposely depriving me of the nutrients i eat i think its telling me i need to kms
