Doing what your parents say, what other people say, your freinds say, the opposite gender says gets you nothing. Absolutely fucking nothing. All the kids who were rebellious and had their parents nagging at them are far more satisfied with their lives and never got any actual punishments, being “good” and agreeable gets you stepped all over on because of fear
