Ur biggest failios are still there even after surgery, the lips and eye area, idk much bout surgery but there's prolly a surgery to make your mouth wider and fix uee, I feel like if u were going for aesthetics that woulda be helpful

true, sadly I’m down with surgery due to blood clots, but I do plan to see what I can do to improve those non surgically!
