clarifying shampoo 2x a week (on most oily days)
do not air dry hair always blow dry

limit washing to 2-3x a week, use a clarifying/oily hair shampoo and change it regularly
not using conditioner/hair mask anymore helped me a lot but everyones hair is different, if your hair is very dry & frizzy and generally looks like shit without conditioner dont remove it from your routine

more than a day no washing and i use condiotnrr just on my ends, i dont have dry hair but on the ends isnt affecting grease right?

why did u just randomly show up here the second i commented lol
Coinkidink maynnnn
and cause it gets greasy?
Then u gotta a use a stronger shampoo if want to wash everyday, but not too strong or ur hair will dry out

If u wash less often u could just like always use a clarifying one

tbh silk pillow cases aren't great, they get dirty very fast and always mess up my hair when it's air drying

find something to dry out your scalp, don't use any dandruff shampoos or products you DONT TRUST!! use a safe brand, preferably natural but not Native, it's a fake

luxury shampoos aren't always made with the best chemicals, but they work fine aswell

do you tie up your hair often or brush it lots?

I used to have the same problem. You will have to find days out of the summer where you aren’t doing anything, and just not wash your hair. Feels gross, i know, but it’ll help. If you must, use little shampoo on days you aren’t going out that much.

After going through a buunch of stupid expensive and foreign shampoos— amika, gisou, countless korean brands, I found that drugstore brands are really where its at. I use L’Oreal elvive shine shampoo and hair gloss and it works very well. You don’t need any fancy brand, you just need to train your hair.
