Aim trainer or be conscious that there is a curser on the screen and think about it (being aware of it makes you better at aiming)

aim trainers. gotta start slow and focus on accuracy above speed, and practice pretty consistently and then you'll see improvements
though I did do aim trainers for a long time and my aim never improved soooo
