okay so Hannah doxxing on the forum = no ban and no warning

I know you don't actually care (inb4 DNR), but I'm going to explain it for the users who may care enough to read about what I have to say so they understand better how warnings work.

50% for posting NSFW is normally done for one time offenses. It's been a rule I added when I first became Admin. It's because users come from .org not realizing it's not allowed.

In regards of doxxing, Dean and I have a different view on what is defined as 'doxxing' on the forums, if it wasn't obvious from every user who's ever done it getting unbanned for doing it. We do not view sharing images as doxxing, and we only take them down because it makes users uncomfortable. We only permanently ban throw-a-way accounts for it, because their sole intent is just to cause annoyances on the forum. It's why nobody got banned in the delilahjones thread, even when with you sharing NSFW-ish content, because it was relevant to the discussion.

She has no reason to be muted, because accidentally sharing it vs intentionally doing it have different intents and we have different punishments based off of intent. I ban based off of the bullying and/or the spread of info, not based off of mistakes.
 
doxxing isn’t that bad guys! it isn’t serious, just a screen, hannah can stay 😁

she didnt accidentally share it, she even intentionally left the username unblurred (she admitted that btw) so people could find the tiktoks themselves. its the same if I posted a link to galaxygirls tiktok. Tony permabans for sharing pictures and so does spuffy there's no consistency in how you punish people it seems to be based on wether its an underage girl whos easily manipulated by admins like yourself or a guy

im not saying i accidentally sent the tiktok slide show thing, i know i sent that. im saying i accidentally left the profile pic in which was what ur considering a doxx, which i know i was wrong for. im not trying to say i didnt make a mistake im just saying i wasnt intentionally trying to doxx ey

I have no interest in defending Hannah, or any of the other users on this site.

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're referring to in regards of @TonyDr and @Spuffy (mentioning them so they can clarify if they want to). I was mentioned in the thread directly and I wouldn't of permanently banned for it personally.

I do take previous warnings into account when determining whether a user should be banned or not. I've always done it, and I think one of our first debates between us two was me taking Allure's lack of warnings into account when determining her warning % at the time, actually, lmfao. So with Hannah having no previous warnings, it's just objectively going to be a lower % then might what you deem as fair.

@hannah will have to clarify if she said she left the username in tact intentionally. (or you can link where she said it directly). If she did it intentionally then it would change what % I was originally going to give her.

yea ig its just like allure situation tho I had no previous warning to that btw you just took the word of the other mods without having any proof that I had doxxed anyone before.

notso the reason i replied to the thread with those screenshots wasnt to spread it to more ppl, it was a complete joke to me bc for the last few days ppl in the server have been sending tiktoks from that account. everyone had already seen it. i truly wasnt trying to doxx ey, even in the past when ppl would doxx him in the server id instantly delete it or pm him asking if he wanted me to delete it. im not saying i wasnt wromg, im saying it wasnt intentional
