Clinging to what you convince yourself and not what everyone's shouting at you?
The difference is they romanticize it and compete with eachother
 
idk it works for me : ) I get my blood tested regularly and my hormones and vitamin levels are good, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else tho lol
You’re not exempt from basic biology, you might not feel the hit yet but give it another few weeks of eating like this and you’ll be bedridden, depressed and your skin will be flaky and you’ll stink 👍

It’s just that I’ve promised myself that I’ll do this and it’s hard to stop by now since I’m getting closer to my goal every day and it’s comforting to see that I’m atleast succeeding at one thing I put myself on even if it’s unhealthy
Your “goal” will constantly go lower and lower, you’re not in control your ed is.
As someone who’s in recovery, you WILL need to recover eventually or else you will literally die, and if your goal is to be treated better than i hope you know people are MEAN when you’re very underweight and you’re constantly angry because your bod doesn’t have enough fat to stabilise your brain and your hormones (estrogen is literally dependant on fat, it’s what synthesises estrogen)

Recovery sucks, you get extremely bloated for ages because your gut needs to get used to a normal amount of food, you won’t achieve anything by eating like this and if anything it’ll fuck tou over HARD

That’s what helped me extremely with recovery, COOK! You don’t know the calories of your plate if you’re cooking because it’s a mix of ingredients, hard to measure exact amounts in your portion (cook for your family and eat with them)

Eat with something playing, never fixate on the food itself. Research into vitamins, minerals, benefits of everything because then you’ll have a more positive view of food e.g “Fat is very good for hormones” rather than “this is greasy and scary.”

My dms are always open, recovery is very necessary and you’re doing well even if it’s slowly
 
Basic maths tells you you will become genuinely deathly anorexic. You could very easily drop to the 20 to 30 kg range, if you're not already there. You're on a looksmaxxing forum, so I assume you wanna look good right?

The perfect waist ratio in all the articles I've seen has NEVER been bellow 23 inches, with most reports citing higher at 25 to 26. If we wanna talk about bmi, then lower is better UNTILL you get to 19 bmi, where attraction platous then falls.

We all know slight bodyfat on women is important for facial aesthetics as it's a good health marker and dimorphic trait. Women naturally have higher fat storages.

No you're not healthy eating like this, you know that. Even if on paper you are, there are things within your body that you can never see.



Basically within your gut there are good enzymes and bad enzymes. When you don't feed the enzymes, they starve and die. When they're gone, they can take up to weeks, sometimes even months to return. Obviously this is disastrous for your health. I really recommend watching this show called "Hack Your Health: The Secrets of Your Gut"

There's is 0 reason to eat any less than 800 calories EVER. You will binge eventually, or die. That's the truth. I've already got ridiculous low bodyweight eating like this, so I can't image what you're even hoping for.
 
but seriously why dont you achieve your goal by less extreme measure, it will only just take more time.

I really appreciate the advice but eating something that I or someone else has cooked is one of the things that trigger me the most and I tend to shut down and not eat anything for days after and I don’t think there’s anything that can overcome my desire to be skinny

You’re in the honeymoon phase, you feel fine now but laying in bed with heart palpitations and your teeth rotting isn’t fun.

I know that thiner isn’t always better but it’s also hard to get away from the mindset that I already have. I’ll take a look into the articles you’ve linked and thank you again!!!

I can promise no one's upset!!! Were just worried, ive never seen this many users come together to try to help someone.
I understand that it can really hurt to go back on something you promised yourself, and I know how amazing it feels to see the scale finally drop, but some silly numbers and a little extra flesh isn't worth giving up your health, your ability to give life, and your beauty. Eating disorders do nothing good, simply drain the life out of you. Even if you can up your cal intake to 700 its still below the "healthy" cal deficit.
If you have problems with eating due to not being hungry much or ed arfid I could give some recs!! Id very much like to see you recover, you deserve full flavorful meals and not lowcal slop :c

I didn’t expect anyone to object either but I think it did change my perspective a little even if it may not look like it from my responses
