out of 20 people i talked to at work today, i could have told 18 of them i had 3 kids with down syndrome and they'd never be able to tell it's bs. in fact, you can respond to 99% of other people's questions about you with absolute nonsense you made up on the spot and get away with it

yeah. at school and uni, unless you are a complete outcast, pretty much everyone you interact with knows your profile and where you come from. i kinda miss that, tbh. at a later age, unless you are at least a micro-celeb, you are pretty much a nobody to virtually everyone you meet
