These two factors, alongside one other, are unchangeable. Unfortunately, surgery can’t fix skin thickness, even in theory. However, beyond that, the sky’s the limit when it comes to ascension. The most important factors are fixable and changeable. For example, LeFort 3 is a massively transformative procedure that can change jaw structure. Implants can also reshape the jaw, and jaw surgery can add depth if you don’t need projection. In terms of actual potential, I believe everyone has untapped potential. The only concern is botched surgeries, but if no botches occur, there’s no functional issue preventing you from going from average to well above average.
LeFort 3, genioplasty, BSSO, rhinoplasty, jaw/cheek/lateral orbital implants.
Why wouldn’t these fix your face? What’s amazing is that, guys, they absolutely could.
