I'm kind of trying to do it but I also am complacent with having nice vivid dreams. I have them naturally but this makes them appear more often

The last dream I had was driving and some kid on his scooter (a lot of people on bikes and scooters maybe something to do with senior bike ride) went on the wrong side of the road and he ragdolled but thankfully he didn’t die and it was just his arms that were destroyed
