Opinion on Calvicular

So I recently stumbled upon Calvicular and his methods to ascend, one thing I noticed that he isnt like the other looksmaxxers (K shami, erand etc.) that say generic things like eating carrots .

I opened Calivuclars youtube channel and saw him doing some pretty messed up shit for getting a "positive canthal tilt" or to lose face fat.

So I wanted to ask your opinions on him, and are the methods that he does acc doable by everyone at home or do you need to be some genius mf to know where to inject.
