well different kinds of sh affect looks differently. it impacts their attractiveness elsewhere, because self harm is inherently pathological so it effects ones attractiveness like how alcoholism or nicotine addiction would impact it. some guys would stay away, some wouldn't care, and some would romanticize it

a friend of mine use to do it and she would do it in things that was very noticable and shed complain when ppl comment on them. But i feel terrible for the ppl who do it i uderstand why they do it cuz coping i suppose but i hate when they make it to smt cute ir romantisise it or promote it
