It's a thread you sew into your eye for better eye area, dissolvable thread so you have to redo it every 6 months to 2 years

Results are lackluster, I'm pretty sure even then you would require a specific type of pdo ( cogs iirc,) which is very hard to pull off compared to the normal ones, and even then results tend to not last that much.
