Annoyingly, my lashes (and brows) are partially blonde, so although they have a solid length, the blonde tips blend in with my skin unless you look very closely. My eyebrows are blonde mostly on the "top" of the brow, giving them a strange shape. I also have a cowlick that I'm not too fond of but absolutely will not go away. (And yes, i did a horrible job shaving my unibrow.. I do intend to get an eyebrow shaver but right now this is the best i can do without fear of taking an eyebrow off.

I was hoping people knowledgeable about caring for these could help.. Usually I just get the suggestion of brown guyliner to enhance my dark features for some reason.

this a very relaxed eye area for me.. Usually my eyebrows knit together and are lower (I try not to squint though, I can't understand how that looks good)

Eyesbrows are good but lashes are short

any suggestions on brands or how?

Also how could I fix that cowlick with my eyebrows / groom them?
unfortunately idk dye brands n stuff since i just use mascara
the brand e.l.f. has multiple good brow gels
cowlick isn't that noticeable, some people like it too since it looks more 'human/cute'

Brush the brow hairs upward with a spoolie and trim only the long outliers , then as a styling Brush against the cowlick direction and use a brow gel , Latisse is the best thing you can use to grow your lashes and brows if needed be aware when applying tho
