Opinions on surgery for eyelids

I thinking about double eyelid surgery and epicanthal fold surgery. What should I consider before going for it, what to ask surgeon, and what shape (or whatever) should I ask for?

I am from Korea and I have tried those already. I pretty much liked the results they gave me so I consider doing a real thing. But I also heard that I could ask shape or something? Something like size of a eyelid
