Thankfully r**e is not a huge problem in my country. Only happens in uneducated areas and even then repetion is not likely because you are jailed, whipped and fined.

r**e isn't really that prevalent here in the US either. What we've got here is a bunch of stupid ass girls who think manipulation, or sleeping with a guy you regret sleeping with, = r**e because they don't want to take accountability and feel like sluts. one of my freinds in 8th grade told me her ex r***d her I confronted him apparently he had to stop consensual sex midway cuz she said she didnt want it anymore. some ppl are stupid enough to call anything r**e

Because of such stupid statements girls get r***d in the first place. Some unintelligent/uneducated freaks will go out and r**e people, because they saw a subjective opinion of some random guy who said that r**e is okay. You didn't say that, but someone might interpret your statement as "Girls will consent to r**e", which is fundamentally wrong.

death is too light of a punishment
i think pharmaceutical trials for drugs would be good. the rest of their life they live in a cramped cell while they are human guinea pigs. at least that way theyre somewhat contributing to society.
