i had 6mm rpe expansion - right now i have upper braces and lower Invisalign however the last few months I’ve experienced hard moments to take a full deep breath - like i physically cant inhale fully but sometimes rarer times i can.
I also have a recessed chin.
This kinda sucks since i already have low blood pressure, low haemoglobin and bad blood circulation and especially in this heatwave i often feel like im on the verge of passing out. Ahould i ask for some sort of surgery?? Would it possibly be covered by healthcare? (Im in Bulgaria) and my palate was also very narrow since i was little i had a removable rpe when i was 7 but it obviously wasnt enough

and yes, go see a doctor. if you have public healthcare, the treatment will be free given the symptoms you just described.
