Orthodontic Procedure

Hello, I am currently 22 years old and am looking for advice for my upcoming potential ortho procedure.

Right now I have an over jet deviated septum etc which is messing up posture / sleep, due to this I’m getting an ortho procedure but also want to make sure I’m making the most aesthetic choice.

Currently it looks like we would do MARPE but I was wondering if anyone had any advice?

mse can help you get more air in and possibly better sleep but im not sure if i can fix your nose

Yeah I may have to get an additional procedure, just not sure what to do, my jaw is fairly recessed and I think I’m too old for any ortho work to help me there. Nose is probably just cooked

btw when u ment ur septum was deviated you meant ur nose was crooked no?

I dont THINK SO but can’t tell, its an interior nasal pasage thats “deviated” so airflow is bad.

I think I just need double jaw surgery lowkey

ahh i see if your going for a double jaw surgery i think a lefort impaction would be a good idea
and a rhino while ur doing the bimax procedure

Depends on results from ORTHO and money, Ideally MSE assists with my issues already I just need some help with mandible and double jaw makes sense but its not THAT bad so hard to justify
