I have a slight overbite, when I was younger my dentists mentioned it but never outright recommended braces. My natural bite (when i'm chewing etc..) is this overbite, I can't get my molars to touch otherwise. As with most overbites this significantly shortens my face and makes my jawline look f****d (if you want to imagine it think of the face shape of the people from that netflix show big mouth). However, when i have proper tongue posture (mew), my teeth aren't touching so the overbite doesn't matter and my face is a more normal length. Is it even worth getting a surgery to fix the overbite, or should I take the win and just mew?
