Actjal pain I can't stand up like genuinly I just can't I feel so fucking horrid my chest hurts to bad everything my heartbeats I can't do shit I can't sit up or anything I have to move my feet to not cry omg i still have 4 days till me appointment too it just hurts and won't stop

No I've had panic attacks before I have actual heart issues my last ekg was off and I have a high heart rate
