Palatal expansion

I'm 1.5 years into braces. I started on September 11, 2024, and they gave me some extractions like 4 teth and now they closed up the gap between all the teeth. I was wondering if I could get any type of palatal expansion, such as marpe, maspe, and mse. They severely recessed my maxilla and mandible. Oh, and yeah, my max possible send is like 5k

invest in head gear which are cheap, just anything to push your maxilla forward, a marpe would work in theory but will push the maxilla THAT foward? i don't think so; focus on saving money get a lefort , if you stilll arent satisfied with the result get a marpe that will both forward grow the maxilla and widen your face.
